Frequently Asked Questions: Do they have floors? The teepees do not have floors because we consider they can get damaged from spillages, be a health as well as suffocating hazard if the teepee accidentally collapsed, and also would mean we’d have to increase the cost to you due to extra work and materials.
Do they have windows? All our teepees have windows! We know the Red Indian originals didn’t have windows, but we consider kiddies love peeping out of a cute window, and our teepees encourage imaginative play, rather than being authentic copies of traditional teepees
Can they be used for camping ? Not really, because they aren’t waterproof, but can be put outside for games and play on a sunny day. We provide screw in eyes on each pole so that the teepee can be secured in light breeze. They do tend to fade though, if left out too long—like all summer!
Do you make adult sized ones? No, because making them any larger would cause them to be unstable, and needing an engineer to design it! |
